Last updated: 24 September 2026
All In One Contractors Ltd is responsible for personal information we use when you visit our website, contact us or discuss a residential design and build project. For privacy questions, email jarda@allinonecontractorsltd.com.
Information we receive
When you contact us by email or Instagram, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, contact details, property address, project requirements, plans, photographs, budget and correspondence. If you become a client, this may also include contract, invoice and payment records. We may receive relevant project information from an architect, adviser or other representative acting for you.
Our hosting and email providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, device information and access logs to operate and protect their services. Please only send information that is relevant to your enquiry.
How and why we use information
- To respond to enquiries, prepare quotations and discuss a possible project, including taking steps at your request before entering a contract.
- To plan, manage and deliver agreed work and communicate with you, where necessary to perform our contract.
- To maintain financial and other records required by law.
- To administer our business, protect our services and resolve queries or disputes, where necessary for our legitimate interests and balanced against your rights.
- Where we ask for your consent for a particular use, we rely on that consent. You may withdraw it at any time.
Who may receive information
Where needed for these purposes, relevant information may be shared with our hosting, IT and email providers, professional advisers, insurers, and contractors or consultants involved in your project. We may also disclose information where legally required. We limit sharing to information needed for the task.
Some service providers may process information outside the UK. Where this happens, applicable UK transfer requirements apply, such as an adequacy decision or approved contractual safeguards. Contact us for information about safeguards relevant to your information.
Keeping information
We retain information only for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected. This depends on whether an enquiry becomes a project, the duration of the work, aftercare or warranty needs, legal record-keeping duties and applicable periods for resolving claims. We review information and delete or anonymise it when it is no longer needed.
Website services and cookies
This website has no enquiry form, account registration, advertising tracker or analytics integration. Its page code does not set cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google and transmits technical information, including your IP address, to display the typefaces. See Google’s privacy policy.
Instagram links take you to an external service with its own privacy and cookie practices. Email links open your chosen email application. Any future changes to the website’s data collection will be reflected in this policy.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access to your information, correction, deletion, restricted use or transfer of information. You may withdraw consent where we rely on it, without affecting earlier lawful use.
You can object to processing based on legitimate interests, and you can object to direct marketing at any time.
Contact us using the email above to exercise your rights. We may need to confirm your identity. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
Updates
We may update this policy as our services or practices change. The date above shows when it was last revised.
